Todd formed Investment One in 1986 with the idea of buying and selling homes. Their company, Investment One, eventually rebranded as Bemis Group as they got involved in development and construction projects.
A graduate of Franklin College, Todd especially is proud of their investment and work in historic Franklin. He is proud that the city has grown from a sleepy little town when he arrived in 1980 to a vibrant suburban community with lots of amenities.
Todd and his wife Kim have two sons, two daughters-in-law and a granddaughter. Besides time with family, he believes in giving back – or paying it forward – to his community. He is especially proud of serving on the Franklin College’s Board of Trustees, meeting the young people at his alma mater and encouraging them to be their best.
A self-described “foodie”, Todd enjoys grilling and cooking for family and friends and sharing good wines and cocktails. He and his wife also enjoy sports and travel.
